Team Jumping Please Note that to be considered for any of the teams you MUST submit a team form & be jumping the required
heights regularly. If you do not submit the form and your name is NOT on the list, you will not be considered for team
selection. This is simply because not everyone wants to be on the teams and it's easier to select from a list of
interested people as to spend time chasing those who have no interest. For
